Amazing Customer Service

I had to order these boots through my work from a place that does not have a store where I could try them on. I found Saf-gard online with a location near me, so I contacted them via email. I also found 2 other Timberland retailers locally and contacted them as well to see if they had the boots in the store. I was upfront in my email explaining that I needed to try on these boots but had to purchase them elsewhere with work. Brittany with Saf-gard was the only one who didn’t give me grief about not being able to purchase the boots from her company. She worked with me all day to find out exactly which boots I needed and to see if the store near me had the boots in the store. When she discovered that they were not at the store, she was still willing to have my size boot sent to the store so that I could try them on. She went well above and beyond what her job required of her and treated me like a person who just needed some help with a problem. Although I may not be able to change my current situation with my state department purchasing requirements, I will be telling this story to anyone and everyone I can especially at work. And I’ll be sending anyone that I can over to Saf-gard to buy work boots/shoes. Since I don’t have the boots yet, I can’t rate the boot (although I’m sure it’ll be a nice boot). Know that my 5-star rating is for the excellent customer service that I received and the superb help I got.
