I was a long time customer of SR Max. I will now shop elsewhere for work shoes due to lack of customer relations. I received a pair of shoes in the size I always order and this pair ran a touch small. I usually have an extra pair when the first wear out. I tried to exchange the brand new second pair for a 1/2 size larger and was not able to exchange them because it was pass the return date. SR Max refused to help resolve the issue to exchange the shoes for a 1/2 size larger.

I am a size 9. I ordered a size 9 and they were way to big. I exchanged for an 8 1/2 and still to big. I am now exchanging for a size 8. Other then that they felt really comfortable standing on my rug. I can't wait for my size 8 shoes to arrive so I can wear them to work. Thank you for offering free exchanges!

I love these shoes. They took very little time to wear them in. They look great with casual wear and dressier wear which is exactly why I got them. They are easy to clean and comfortable. They are a bit heavy and I can start to notice them about 8 hours into my shift.

I adore these shoes. I just bought my third pair. I'm a server and they hit all the major points. Super cute, I get compliments all the time. Very durable, I get a new pair once every 2 years. And my absolute favorite is the non-slip technology. I could walk on oil and not even notice.
They do have some height to them so if you are prone to rolling your ankle be careful with these.

I, actually, bought the white pair before I bought the black. Both pair are GREAT! They are very stylish and I have received lots compliments on this shoe. The white pair scuffs pretty easily but other than that they are wonderful.

the shoes are cute but they are not ment to be walked on for 10+ hours, other than that they are great.

The heals are quite high on these shoes and when I walked I felt like I was going to twist my ankle. They also seemed to run a little large. The cushioning and arch support was nice though.

These shoes are a great for working in. Very Confrotable and stylish. I was the first in our company to order a pair of mary Janes, but I wasnt the last. Right after I got them 4 other women order them as well and they love them. They are great in the office and in the Kitchen.

I absolutely love these shoes!! When crocs discontinued their mary jane style I was upset, until I found these shoes. It was like walking on air. I am a dietary manager and they are suitable for being in meetings and working amongst my staff in the kitchen! Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!!
