Características de seguridad
ANTIDESLIZANTE

I have worked in restaurants for over twenty years, and had the opportunity to try many different shoe brands and styles. These Rialto shoes rate very highly for slip resistance and build quality, much lower for fit and comfort.
First, the good. These are absolutely the most slip-resistant shoes I have EVER had! The restaurant I currently work in has many challenging floor surfaces, including varnished wood and smooth tile, which can be quite slippery when wet. Regular shoes perform like ice skates, and even some so-called "slip-resistant" soles have issues sometimes. The SR Max soles perform flawlessly, even on a wet tile floor covered in soapy water. I have never had any soles that worked so consistently well, including Vibram non-slip soles.
The build quality is also excellent. I didn't have high expectations when I first saw the shoes; they looked cheaply made, particularly the loose unfinished thread hanging out of the front.
I have used these shoes for about eight months, for between 30 and 40 hours a week on average. Most shoes I had in the past would be toast in that amount of time... Soles worn out, coming unglued from the shoe, just basically looking like they've been through hell. These shoes have some small holes in the inner lining of the heel, and a slight area around the opening where there's a bit of peeling of the faux leather covering. The soles are only now starting to show obvious signs of wear, and look like I might get another few months out of them...pretty amazing, considering what I put them through.
On the negative side, these shoes did not fit me well. I normally wear wide or extra wide shoes, so I got their EW size. They were so narrow that I assumed they had sent me the wrong width...definitely enough to leave my feet sore at the end of the shift. They were also completely lacking in arch support; I had to buy some inserts. Rounding out the comfort problem were soles with almost no cushioning. Keep in mind that these are the bottom of the line model, and that the other models do seem to have more arch support and cushioned soles.
In conclusion, I would recommend against buying these shoes if you have wide feet...I will not be getting another pair because of this problem. Other than that, if economy trumps comfort, this is a solid pair of shoes that will give you performance that far exceeds their price...although I would pay a little more for their next better model.En generalComodidadResistencia al deslizamientoSoporte de arco: Minimal arch supportTamaño: Felt true to sizeAncho: Felt narrower than markedGood Shoe

This shoe was great for my husband, I got them in a 12 extra wide, but he said they ran alittle small for him. So I said I would get the 13 for now on. But he enjoys them.

I bought these shoes for my son who works in a fast food kitchen. It is hard to find any shoes in a size 14 at a reasonable price, but these shoes fit the bill. The shoes are great. Thanks!

Great shoe with a great price. As an assistant manager I'm constantly on my feet. Shoes fit great and stand up well. I look forward to purchasing another pair later. Only reason for a 4 rating on comfort is that due to high arched feet I have to place extra height in the arch. But great shoe!
