SECURITY FRIENDLY
Security friendly styles have non-metallic eyelets, hardware, shanks and toe caps for the most sensitive security systems.SLIP RESISTANT
Slip resistant safety footwear is the fastest growing segment of the safety footwear industry. For many employers with wet, oily, and/or greasy floors, it is common sense to require slip resistant safety footwear. Slip related injuries can be extremely costly. No shoe is slip proof, however employers who require slip resistant shoes can reduce worker’s compensation claims.MAXTRAX® OUTSOLE TECHNOLOGY
Our patented MaxTrax® outsole offers superior slip resistance by channeling away liquids like oil, grease, and water. This top-rated rubber outsole provides maximum slip resistance and is also offered on all SR Max brand footwear, as well as select styles from SKECHERS Work, Reebok, Rockport Works, Timberland PRO, and Sanita.Additional Features

I got these shoes because of the 4.5 star rating. That being said, the do not breathe, and I have calluses on both of my big toes and on the ball of my feet. I've never had a problem with smell before wearing these shoes but that's probably because my feet are soaked by the end of every shift. I work 6 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day.

First of all, I have a size 2 foot and I am very grateful that this size is available in slip resistant shoes. I wore regular shoes for a couple of days before I got them, and I was slipping all over the place. The slip resistance is superior in this shoe. The only problem is that the heel on the inside of the show wore down too quickly and now I have to wear several pair of socks so I don't get a blister on the back of my heel. The toes are a tad narrow, but maybe I have wide feet for my size.

I have trouble finding both WW and SR. This shoe advertised SR & EW. Way too small and tight. Was going to exchange for larger, but toe shape is wrong for wide shoe.

I work 15 hour days and am on my feet a lot. About a year ago I started having problems with heel spurs. By the time I would get off work at night I could barely walk & mornings were torture to try & get up out of bed. Since I got these shoes I have had no problems at all with my feet! My daughter recently started working at a grocery store also so am ordering her a pair!
