SLIP RESISTANT
Slip resistant safety footwear is the fastest growing segment of the safety footwear industry. For many employers with wet, oily, and/or greasy floors, it is common sense to require slip resistant safety footwear. Slip related injuries can be extremely costly. No shoe is slip proof, however employers who require slip resistant shoes can reduce worker’s compensation claims.MAXTRAX® OUTSOLE TECHNOLOGY
Our patented MaxTrax® outsole offers superior slip resistance by channeling away liquids like oil, grease, and water. This top-rated rubber outsole provides maximum slip resistance and is also offered on all SR Max brand footwear, as well as select styles from SKECHERS Work, Reebok, Rockport Works, Timberland PRO, and Sanita.Additional Features

I got these shoes for a bargain, so that was a plus. I wanted a Hi Top shoe without having a full boot. These fit the bill...but I wasn't really thrilled with them at first. Initially, the shoe tounge would often shift quite a bit, forcing me to readjust it a couple of times a day. And they SQUEAKED with every step. Neither of these are unusual problems for new shoes, but it took MONTHS for these issues to go away.
Here I am about 16 months later, and the shoes are falling apart. Which, to be completely honest, isn't a bad run for the shoes considering their price.
All in all, if you are looking for this style and are on a budget, these aren't a bad choice. You won't get the advantages of a more expensive shoe, but your "per dollar" value is still there.OverallComfortSlip ResistancesArch Support: Moderate arch supportSize: Felt true to sizeWidth: Felt true to widthGreat work shoe

Comfortable, good ankle support.
I walk 4 miles to and from work in these and theyve lasted 2 years. First pair of work shoes that have lasted me over 6 months.OverallComfortSlip ResistancesArch Support: Excellent arch supportSize: Felt true to sizeWidth: Felt true to width
