COMPOSITE TOE / NANO TOE
Compared to their steel toe counterparts the composite toes are manufactured using lightweight materials to make the shoe weigh less while meeting ASTM standards. These shoes meet ASTM F2413-18 I/C standards.
The soles of EH shoes provide a barrier to protect employees from open electrical currents up to 600 volts. EH shoes are often needed in maintenance, welding and engineering positions. All styles marked with the “EH” icon in this catalog meet the ASTM F2413-18 EH standards.
Security friendly styles have non-metallic eyelets, hardware, shanks and toe caps for the most sensitive security systems.
Slip resistant safety footwear is the fastest growing segment of the safety footwear industry. For many employers with wet, oily, and/or greasy floors, it is common sense to require slip resistant safety footwear. Slip related injuries can be extremely costly. No shoe is slip proof, however employers who require slip resistant shoes can reduce worker’s compensation claims.

Not for wide feet
These boots are popular with most of my crew, I ordered 8.5 in wide. Comfortable looking boots that are light but even the wide isn’t wide enough for me and little to no arch support. Sadly returnedOverallComfortArch Support: Excellent arch supportSize: Felt true to sizeWidth: Felt narrower than marked
Great Support with the Right Features
I’m on my second pair of this particular boot. They fit true to size, protect and support my ankles, and provide me with the required safety features for work.
The side zippers allow for easy off after a 12 hour shift. The welts are bonded well and the support stitching has outperformed many of the other brands of boots I’ve owned. I keep at least four pair of boots in a rotation. This allows time for the insides to dry out and prolongs the life of the boots.
The eyelets at the bottom of the upper lock the laces in place so when they get tightened they stay in place. My average workday is up and down industrial ladders, concrete, and uneven surfaces in industrial settings under load at an average of over six miles a shift. These boots have handled these rough conditions better than expected.OverallComfortArch Support: Excellent arch supportSize: Felt true to sizeWidth: Felt true to width
