Iron Age filed for bankrupcy in 2007. In July 2007, we acquired the shoes, boots, shoemobile, and fixtures from the Michigan Iron Age store. We now have only a few pair left. We will be happy to check our stock! Please contact us and indicate the style number (found on the tongue of the boot) and size needed. We would also be happy to make recommendations on new Iron Age styles or other manufacturers with similar styles. We are here to serve all previous customers of Iron Age in Michigan, northern Indiana and Ohio. Our shoemobiles can service your facilities and our outlet store is ready for walk-in customers. Please give us a call at 888-563-2668 or contact us by filling out the Contact Us page.
Iron Age boots have been around since 1918. They were the very first branded "safety-toe" footwear. In early 2012, Warson Group, makers of Converse, Florsheim and Rockport safety footwear, took over the manufacturing of some of the Iron Age boots. These boots are the classic Iron Age boots with the latest technology advancements. Style's like the 104 Loader, 5007 Trencher, and 5016 Groundbreaker are now available at MichiganShoe.com. Please contact us by phone at 888-563-2668 or contact us by filling out the Contact Us page if we can assist you in anyway.
